This is a sushi chef's original course that makes use of seasonal ingredients.

<May 24th - June 30th>

[Appetizer] Eel rolled egg, zunda tofu, Japanese pepper sauce

[First course] Three pieces of sushi with conger eel and shrimp wonton in hot water

[Second course] Grilled sweetfish with salt

*You can change to the following menu for an additional fee.

Hiroshima or Omi beef sirloin 40g +\2,100

Hiroshima or Omi beef fillet 40g +\2,400

Sushi three pieces

[Third meal] Biyu pork shabu-shabu, three sushi pieces, and a bowl of ramen

[Dessert] Honey-boiled green plum jelly or roasted green tea ice cream
